The experience was fantastic. Mitch was great to work with. We probably went back-and-forth 10 or 15 times trying to decide whether to get black chrome or chrome so happy with the black chrome can I be more pleased with how they look and the quality.
I have Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT with the black vapor chrome wheels that got damaged during a tire replacement. I looked everywhere for a company that could provide an SRT wheel with coating that matched the OEM product. Many companies claimed PVD coating capability, but all said that it would not match. Buying a new wheel from Jeep was cowt prohibitive and not an option. I finally came across Joe and Bill at the Wheel Exchange and they answered all my questions and provided a lot of assurance that they had what i needed. Their communication was very clear and much appreciated. And the wheel they sent me was an EXACT match - I couldn't be more pleased.
