I purchased a set of wheels from you and the entire transaction was totally without problem. I did have an issue with one of the wheels I received and brought it to your attention. You replaced the wheel without any question and included all shipping (both directions).

I do want to recognize the individual that I worked with. My entire transaction was with Mitch Shepard. He was not only very professional and knowledgeable but personable and friendly. I had no problems with this company. They verified the fit of the wheels I wanted before the order and delivered them in the time-frame I expected. Because I wanted a specific finish, I did need to wait for a short while before I received them because it takes time to get it done. I knew this before placing the order.

Super easy to deal with, product well packed and the exchange process was simple.

Bill was amazing, kept me in the loop at all times, always responded quickly and efficiently to questions. Wheels look superb. Shipping was effortless. Could not be happier.

Found this company on line. Even tho I didn’t have the rims I wanted to exchange for… they worked with me in giving me a fair price for my wheels for the wheels I wanted.
