How Our OEM Wheel Exchange Works

  1. Select your replacement wheels. Choose refinished OEM wheels that match the same size and style (spoke pattern) as the wheels currently on your vehicle. The finish or color may be different.
  2. Place your order. Complete checkout online. If you do not see the wheels you need, contact us because inventory changes frequently.
After we confirm you have the same size and style wheels to return, you will be invoiced separately for the refundable core deposit.
  1. Receive your replacement wheels first. We ship your replacement wheels before receiving your originals, helping minimize downtime.
  2. Install locally and keep the packaging. Have your wheels installed locally and save all original boxes and packaging materials for the return shipment. Return labels are included in a white envelope with your invoice.
  3. Return your original wheels. Pack your original wheels in the same boxes and packaging materials, apply the included labels, and ship them back.
  4. Inspection and refund. Once received, we inspect your returned wheels and process your refund or credit. Deductions may apply for damaged or non-qualifying returns.
