Just sent my old wheels back for the core charge and Mitch was quick to let me know I should see the credit back in a couple of days. Very pleased with the product and the company!

I had several questions which I posed to the wheel exchange and received responses usually in less than an hour. I ended up purchasing and everything was fast and smooth, exactly as described. The only thing that is odd, is that there was two transactions, one for the wheels, and then another for the core charge. I would have expected to have made one payment, but it did not end up being a huge deal.

Super happy with my experience. The whole process couldn’t have been easier. Ordered new PVD chrome wheels for my F150 to replace the peeling/flaking OEM wheels. They arrived quicker than expected and were packaged really well. Had the new wheels mounted and sent the old ones back using the provided return shipping labels. The wheels look amazing and I know the Durachrome finish will hold up better than the OEM PVD finish. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the whole process but it exceeded my expectations in every way.
