Wheel Exchange Process

Step 1: Identify the wheels you would like to purchase.  They should be the same size and style (spoke pattern) as the wheels you currently have.  The color (finish) can be different.

Step 2: Add the wheels to your shopping cart.  If you do not see the wheels you are looking for, please contact us as, our inventory is constantly changing.  Complete your order.

You will be invoiced for the refundable core deposit after we have confirmed that you have the same size and style of wheels to return. 

Step 3: When your wheels arrive, keep all of the packaging. Have your wheels installed.  RETURN SHIPPING LABELS WILL BE IN A WHITE ENVELOPE WITH A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE.

Step 4: Re-pack your old wheels in the boxes with the packing material that your new wheels came in.  You will be responsible for any damage to wheels being returned so please ensure they are re-packed properly with the original packaging material you received.

Step 5: We will inspect your wheels upon arrival and issue a refund / credit for the returned wheels.  Repair or Replacement charges may be deducted from your core deposit if your wheels are damaged.
