Great replacement for my tired 9 year old OEM polished aluminum wheels due to curb rash and crazing. Great customer service with good communication via phone or email. Quick shipping and packed well. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because they are a bright chrome but not mirror like (like the center caps or the bumper) see attached photo for comparison next to OEM wheel and bumper.
I left a voicemail and Mitch responded within a half hour. He asked me to send some pictures of my old wheel for an estimate. He responded very quickly. I ordered the replacement wheel and it arrived within days. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and service! Highly recommend!

The guys at The Wheel Exchange really went out of their way to communicate with us on our order. As it ends up our 2014 Cadillac ATS has kinda rare 18X8 & 18X9 wheels. The process is simple and straightforward. Received the new wheels in sturdy boxes. Wheels were packed with enough material to prevent damage in shipment. They were exactly as described. They refunded the core charge promptly when the received and inspected the wheels I sent them. If I need wheels again I would definitely do business with them again.
