The exchange process was very fast and easy. The replacement chrome wheel arrived in a couple of days and it looks brand new from the factory. Returned my old wheel in the same box which included the UPS return label. Promptly received my wheel deposit back. Very impressed with The Wheel Exchange, especially the quality and easy process!
The Chrome is so bright on these wheels they made my other ones look like they didn't have Chrome. These wheels are beautiful I see no blemishes nothing. I just mounted them up and riding in style again. They made my whole car look different, my Cadillac is a 2014 and it looks like a brand new one. Thinking about getting a set from my truck. Rims came packed well in separate boxes by Fed Ex. Boxed, cardboard to hold in place, bagged & wrapped. Came quickly to southern California, about 1-1/2 weeks. No issues
Call me crazy for swapping out my OEM wheels for the same ones but SHINEY. My van has a lot of chrome trim and the painted "brushed aluminium" ones it came with were dull. The PVD is smooth & applied well. They are not the white hot that chrome is but have an ever so slight hematite cast to them. They look great on my grey van. I could have gotten custom rims but I'm a subtle, classy gal, not in your face. Very Satisfied!

Purchased a set of chrome wheels (22"-9") for my 2020 Cadillac Escalade which did have a beautiful set of Midnight Silver wheels in excellent condition but I wanted the chrome. Everything went according to plan with no muss or fuss!
