I received my wheels in a well packaged box and sent my original wheels back the following day. Now I’m just waiting to hear from you so I’ll know that you received them OK and that they have checked out OK and return the deposit.
Second time to purchase rims through the wheel exchange. From the time you order, additional questions and more there is always soneone available to help and respond to your questions. Rims come packadged extremely well and are prepared and refurbished as if they just came off the assembly line. Overall, you won't be disappointed with their product or service. I love my new rims, which made my new 2023 f150 platinum looks and stand out from the other platinums on the road.

I ordered the factory Ford Expedition 22” rims in chrome from The Wheel Exchange. Super fast shipping, they arrived in 2 business days. I installed them on my vehicle and they look awesome! Ford should have done this from the factory but they didn’t. Thanks to The Wheel Exchange I now have some great looking rims. They really make the vehicle pop. I shipped my old polished aluminum rims back in the boxes the new ones came in so I could get the core refund. They included the shipping labels so no problem there. The wheels arrived in perfect condition. They were well packed. The return shipping labels were included as stated. The overall quality of the wheels is EXCELLENT. There were no blemishes at all. The Gloss Black finish looks amazing on the car. I ordered OEM gloss black center caps (not included) with monochrome Cadillac emblems ($200.00) from the dealer. I ordered the wheels directly from the Wheel Exchange via phone and the associate was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. I shipped the 4 - wheels back in the same boxes with the supplied return labels and a few days later received an email stating the $1000.00 credit was approved. I will recommend this company and will order again if needed. Thank you for offering a top-notch product.

These wheels have turned her into a different car. The plating is perfect. In Fact, Imola Motorsports had the only touchless machine near me, and they could not balance the wheels due to the mirror finish on them. The Hunter Rep had to come down to do them. Very happy with them.
I was skeptical about ordering rims online, but the process was smooth & simple. They even gave a small discount since the center caps were on back order. I love the rims on my new caddy! I purchased a used LS 500. The car is in excellent condition other than the wheels. They did not shine like the wheels on a brand new model. I contacted The Wheel Exchange & decided to try their PVD chrome wheels. I’m glad I did!!! They look fantastic!! Much better than the local wheel repair service which repaired the wheels on my car prior to my purchase. The wheels were a dull finish due to them being repaired & painted! I received the wheels in 3-4 days. I opened the boxes to inspect the wheels & to my surprise, the wheels look as close to new without the “new” price tag!! The return process was very simple. The gloss black wheels and center caps complements my red corvette. The powder coat is exceptional.
Made a phone call and confirmed what I needed. A couple days later the wheel showed up at my house with a pre paid return lable. The wheel was in great shape and looked like it came out of the showroom. I will be using again if needed in the future.
The quality of the center caps appears to be very good, time will tell. However I want to give Mitch a shout out because he went and physically verified they were the correct fit for the #74196 set of yours I just purchased, and got back to me very quickly. Then when I installed them they were a very very snug fit, thank you. P.S. the wheels look Perfect!.

These PVD chrome coated wheels look great on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have had these on my SUV for about 10 days. I hope the chrome coating lasts longer than the warrantied 3 years. I'm definitely happy with the purchase of these wheels.
