- Exchange Sales require that a Refundable Core Deposit is collected along with the cost of the wheels.
- You must have the exact same (size, style, spoke pattern) (OEM) wheels to send us back in the original stock finish (painted, polished or machined). Chrome-Plated or Chrome-Clad wheels will NOT be accepted.
- All wheels will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Wheels that are bent or have extensive damage beyond curb rash are subject to additional repair charges ($50-$75 / wheel). Any wheels deemed to be unrepairable will result in a charge equal to 25% of the Core Deposit. Charges will be deducted from your Core Deposit prior to refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for inspection and processing of your refund.
- The shipping charge covers the shipping cost for BOTH receiving your wheels and shipping your old wheels back to us. Return shipping labels will be in a Yellow envelope inside one of the boxes.
- An invoice will be sent separately to collect the Core Deposit for any Exchange purchases made from our web store or eBay. The Core Deposit must be paid prior to us shipping the wheels.

2. Your wheels must be straight and true, if your wheels have any type of flaws or damage let us know in advance. Depending on what type of work will need to be done to your wheels we charge between $50-$75 per each wheel.

3. Once you make the purchase we will send you an invoice via our web-site for the refundable core deposit cost, this must be paid before we will ship these wheels. Once your wheels/cores come back we will issue the credit within 72 hours
4. The shipping charge ($295) covers the shipping cost "BOTH" ways, the return shipping labels will be inside the boxes with the wheels
