1. You must have the exact same (OEM) wheels to send us back in the original polished finish

2. Your wheels must be straight and true, if your wheels have any type of flaws or damage let us know in 
    advance.  Depending on what type of work will need to be done to your wheels we charge between $50-$75 per each wheel
    -If your wheels have minor curb rash that is not too deep we will not charge you for the repair, must send pics in advance 

3. Once you make the purchase through ebay we will send you a invoice via PayPal for the refundable core deposit cost, this 
    must be paid before we will ship these wheels.  Once your wheels/cores come back we will issue the credit within 24 hours

4. The shipping charge covers the shipping cost "BOTH" ways, the return shipping labels will be inside the boxes with the wheels

-PVD coating comes with a 3 year warranty

WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES

What a difference a day makes.....I can't begin to say enough about The Wheel Exchange but more importantly the great customer service I received from Bill, who I dealt with through my purchase of wheels.

In order to tell my story correctly....I have to back up 1 day before I ordered from The Wheel Exchange. Prior to placing my order with The Wheel Exchange, I had placed an order with another company by the name of Mid West Wheel and Tire out of Auburn Hills MI. Without going onto a lot of details about that experience, I just want to say, this about that company....They are terrible to deal with and I highly recommend you stay clear of Mid West Wheel and Tire unless you're into verbal abuse and frustration....Google the reviews for Mid West Wheel And Tire and you will see why I say stay away from Mid West.

That terrible situation is what brought me to The Wheel Exchange. Prior to my placing an online order, I called The Wheel Exchange to ask a few question. I spoke with Bill and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Bill and I have exchanged several emails and text messages during my order process and we have come to know each other probably more than most customer and sellers get to know each other. I requested my order be expedited to my home in South Carolina and Bill did his best to get me my wheels on the date I needed them by (wanted them on my vehicle for a trip that I was taking). I cannot brag on Bill enough as he went above and beyond making sure my wheels arrived on time and made my transaction smooth. Bill if you read this, you are an asset to your company. I wish more companies had such dedicated and friendly employees like Bill. I highly recommend The Wheel Exchange...great company to do business with.
